All wellness products are filled with selected grain grains and dried lavender flowers. They smell wonderful and give you peace of mind. This neck warmer has a removable filling.
Place the heating product or filling in the microwave for 1.5 minutes (assuming 800 Watts) and it will stay nice and warm. Have you sprained your foot or have a fever? Put the heat product in the freezer for 3 hours (in a plastic bag) and it will cool you down nicely. They are ideal for children aged 3 years and over.
Make sure that the heating products are placed on a clean plate or plate.
