Place the heating product or filling in the microwave for 1.5 minutes (assuming 800 Watts) and it will stay nice and warm. Have you sprained your foot or have a fever? Put the heat product in the freezer for 3 hours (in a plastic bag) and it will cool you down nicely. They are ideal for children aged 3 years and over.
Make sure that the heating products are placed on a clean plate or plate.
